Will Double Chin Exercises & Diet Changes Work For You?

If you are looking for a diet that will help you to get rid of your double chin, you are certainly not alone. It can be really uncomfortable when you’re asked to smile for the camera, or you meet somebody you haven’t seen in a while. But fortunately, there is a solution. When you combine some simple diet changes with a series of double chin exercises, you can start to see results in just a matter of weeks.

The fact is, as most of us age, or even if we start to put on a few extra pounds, we can start to develop more fat tissue around our face and neck. Unfortunately, this can lead to us looking tired, a little (or a lot) older than we really are, and well, just not as sexy and attractive as we’d like to be. But something as simple as being a little more careful with what we eat and drink can really help you leave your double chin behind as a distant memory.

What To Leave Out Of Your Diet?

For most of us, there are some foods and drinks we’re just much better off removing out of our diets altogether. Now while there are some people who might have a genetic predisposition developing a double chin, for most people, the combination of making some small changes in diet and some easy double chin exercises can work wonders.

So let’s look at some of the foods you’ll want to avoid eating at all costs, so you can start to create those sculpted cheeks and a smooth, slender jawline.

First of all, you should get rid of all saturated fats, because they are proven to cause weight gain, along with some other pretty nasty health issues. Best idea is to remove them from your diet altogether. Just this one change will go a long way to helping you lose weight and reducing your double chin for you.

Next, all fatty meat cuts are out. There are some great tasting meats you are probably eating right now that fit into this category, but if you are serious about losing your double chin, they’ve gotta go, OK?

Now let’s talk about high cholesterol foods. Boy, where do I start? Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll know that high cholesterol is a problem that can only lead to bad results. Heart disease, stroke… you know that already. But it can also be a big factor in keeping your double chin staring back at you in the mirror every day.

Cut cholesterol out of your diet as much as possible, and combine the other fat reduction methods we’ve talked about so far with some double chin exercises we’ll talk about soon, and you’re going to start seeing results pretty quickly.

Oh, you might not like this one, but sugar is another big no-no when you are trying to lose your double chin. Sugar is broken down by your body into lots of other compounds, and some of those compounds are gonna head straight to your chin and take up residence there

So try as hard as you can to cut sugar out of your diet (it will be hard, because your body’s going to crave it for a while as you cut back), and you’ll notice how much better you feel (and how much better you’ll start to look :-) . And finally, you should avoid all trans fats on your way to creating your sexy new chin. Those things just suck.

What To Eat Instead

Ideally you should start eating a high-protein diet, but the foods you eat should be as low in fat as you can possibly make them. You should avoid (or minimize your intake of) high fat meats such as beef, pork, and lamb. You should also replace high fat dairy foods such as butter and cheese with alternatives that contain low or no-fat.

Lean meats that you should be eating more of include fish and chicken. And eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables is a good idea any time, but even more so if you are trying to trim down your chin or face.

And if you are really committed to getting rid of that double chin, you’ll include some double chin exercises with other forms of light exercise (such as walking, riding a bicycle, and carefully lifting light weights with lots of repetitions, etc.) to burn off calories and start to build up more muscle.

When you combine a double chin diet, some simple exercises and light workouts, you can be virtually assured your double chin is not gonna know what hit it. Good luck, and I’d live to see your before and after photos when you have them.
